From Totnes take the
road to Dartmouth and Kingsbridge. At Halwell turn sharp left by the Church
and head towards Dartmouth. After passing Woodlands Leisure Park and the
Dartmouth Golf and Country Club drive for about a mile and you will see the
Sportsmans Arms Pub on your left. Take the Dittisham road. This junction is
about 3 miles from Dartmouth and 9 miles from Totnes. Proceed for
about 2.5 miles and you will find Cott Farm on your left hand side.
